- performance in compliance with the Quality System based on PN EN ISO 9001:2001, AS9100,
- applying principles of Company comprehensive management through quality,
- building the Company organizational culture based on the quality culture,
- applying ACE program to improve quality and efficiency of manufacturing and business processes,
- monitoring compliance with the Environment, Health and Safety requirements,
- monitoring and improving the Quality and EHS Management Systems,
- applying uniform and clear assessment criteria for all Employees,
- raising Employee qualifications through systematic training and “Scholar Program”,
- applying the principles of the Code of Ethics.
Pratt & Whitney Kalisz holds the quality management system certificates in accordance with PN EN ISO 9001: 2001, „WSK” criteria and AS 9100, EHS management system certificates in accordance with PN EN ISO 14001:2005 and PN N 18001:2004.
