Since the company origin Employees have conceived and implemented a lot of programs aimed at improving work safety and reducing manufacturing impact upon the environment.

PWK has defined and closely follows the Environment, Health and Safety Policy.

The Company holds the EHS Integrated Management System certificate awarded by the Polish Center of Research and Certification and IQNet.

In 2007 Pratt & Whitney Kalisz became the prize-winner of the national competition „Employer – Safe Work Organizer” in the category of big industrial enterprises (employing over 250 people)
