On June 24, 2017, we officially opened Plant 4.
The building meets high environmental standards – our building has received a golden level of LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification which is earned by the buildings that are user-friendly and environment-friendly. Plant No. 4 produces parts for the innovative PW1000 turbofan engine, which, among others, is used for Airbus A320neo aircraft.
The opening of the building took place during the 25th anniversary gala of the company, organized in Plant No. 4. The plant was finished a few months ago, currently producing parts for the new generation PW1000 PurePower engine. The engine thanks to modern reduction gearing is also environment-friendly: among others it burns less fuel and is quieter.
