To facilitate your career start, together with the Higher State Vocational School in Kalisz we created the internship called "Your Future" addressed exclusively to the School students pursuing engineering and business studies and who successfully pass the recruitment process. The internship begins at the 5^th semester of studies during which students spend one day a week in PWK, whereas during 6^th and 7^th semesters they spend two and three days respectively

At mid internship, students begin to receive a scholarship. Pratt & Whitney Kalisz also pays for English language courses throughout the internship. Several former interns have been hired by our Company. Is the internship worth trying? You answer that question!

To be eligible for "Your Future" internship in PWK, a student needs to submit a completed form to the School Dean’s office (available at the Dean’s office or on our website). The School then sends the documents to PWK. Following a preliminary assessment, PWK Human Resources invites selected students for interviews held in PWK. The recruitment interview is carried out by a special committee that evaluates the student’s general knowledge and their command of English. Based on that assessment, it makes the final choice of students for participation in "Your Future".
